Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines acceptable use of MailGrid. It exists to protect deliverability and the shared reputation of the platform.
You must not
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or messages to purchased, scraped, or non-consented lists.
- Send phishing, malware, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
- Forge headers, spoof domains you do not control, or evade authentication.
- Attempt to breach security, probe, or disrupt the platform or other tenants.
- Use the service for illegal content or activity.
Deliverability hygiene
- Only mail recipients who have opted in.
- Honour unsubscribe requests promptly.
- Keep bounce and complaint rates low; we may throttle or suspend senders that harm platform reputation.
Enforcement
Violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination. We cooperate with law enforcement where required.
