From domain to inbox, end to end
MailGrid handles the full lifecycle of branded email infrastructure. You manage domains and mailboxes; we handle authentication, delivery, receiving, and client connectivity.
- STEP 1
Onboard your domain
Add a domain you control. MailGrid generates the exact DNS plan (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and white-label mail/imap/smtp records) and detects your registrar to speed up publishing.
- STEP 2
Verify authentication
A background verifier watches DNS propagation and confirms SPF, DKIM, and DMARC automatically. Authenticated domains pass Gmail and Outlook sender checks.
- STEP 3
Provision mailboxes
Create mailboxes on your verified domains with display names, quotas, aliases, and signatures. Each mailbox gets its own contacts, templates, and controls.
- STEP 4
Connect any client
Use the built-in webmail, or connect Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird over standard IMAP (993) and SMTP (587) with valid TLS.
- STEP 5
Send & receive
Outbound mail is delivered through Amazon SES with your DKIM signature; inbound mail arrives over MX, is classified into Primary, Promotions, Updates, Social, and Forums, and stays in sync across every client.
- STEP 6
Monitor deliverability
Track sent, delivered, bounced, complained, opened, and clicked events. Blocked-sender rules and spam scoring keep the inbox clean.
