These Terms govern your access to and use of MailGrid. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
MailGrid provides email infrastructure: domain onboarding, DNS and authentication setup, mailbox provisioning, SMTP/IMAP connectivity, sending and receiving, and deliverability tooling.
Your responsibilities
- Maintain accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Own or control the domains you onboard and authorise their email use.
- Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and Sending Policy.
- Comply with applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws.
Availability
We work to keep the platform reliable but provide it "as is" without an uptime guarantee unless stated in a separate agreement.
Suspension
We may suspend domains, mailboxes, or accounts that threaten deliverability, security, or violate these Terms or our policies.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailGrid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
